Eldest brother. Real-estate entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the European anchor of Rozenman Industries.
Yariv is the eldest of the four Ronen brothers and the Chairman of Rozenman Industries. An engineer by training and a former Naval Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, he has spent more than two decades building one of Prague's leading residential development companies — and has emerged as one of the most respected family-business operators in Central Europe.
Yariv is a partner and senior figure at Daramis Group, a residential developer that has been transforming Prague's neighborhoods since 2000. Under his leadership, the group has:
Daramis operates on a full-stack developer model — acquisition, design, planning, construction, sales, and asset management — giving Yariv hands-on knowledge of every stage of a real-estate cycle.
For Yariv, business and community are inseparable. He is the founder and chairman of Nadační fond Agora 7, a community foundation in Prague's Holešovice district (Prague 7) operating since 2016. The foundation runs a volunteer center, educational and leisure activities for seniors, and integration programs for refugees who fled the war in Ukraine.
He is also one of the founders of JCC Prague — the Jewish Community Center of Prague — a cultural and community hub for thousands of Praguers.
