CEO Since2021

Hagi is the youngest of the four Ronen brothers and the innovation engine of Rozenman Industries. A geoinformation engineer by training (B.Sc., Technion) and a licensed surveyor, he is also a lifelong builder of software, platforms, and partnerships — and currently the youngest CEO ever appointed to lead Israel's national mapping authority.

CEO of the Survey of Israel (Mapi)

Hagi joined the Survey of Israel — Mapi (Center for Mapping of Israel) as a student in 2006, and in 2021 was appointed Director General — the youngest CEO in the organization's history. Mapi is the government agency for mapping, geodesy, cadastre, and geoinformatics — the official source of geospatial truth for the State of Israel.

Under his leadership, the agency has been transformed:

Flagship Achievements

  • Built location-based platforms and services for decision-making — serving the government, local authorities, the third sector, and the public
  • AI-driven automatic mapping processes deployed across the agency
  • Modernization of 30+ year legacy systems with contemporary tooling
  • In-house AI platforms built and shipped — Hagi personally codes and builds platforms
  • Grew the government organization through innovation, technology, and cross-sector partnerships
  • Two new VP roles created — Business Development & Innovation, and Partnerships & Collaboration

Builder, Visionary, Cross-Sector Dealmaker

What sets Hagi apart is that he is both a national-scale executive and a hands-on builder. He codes, develops platforms, and ships products himself. His mandate at Mapi includes building partnerships across government, industry, academia, and across borders — bringing value to the State of Israel and its citizens, and growing his organization to new heights.

What He Brings to Rozenman Industries

  • Innovation & AI engine — the digital, software, and AI brain of the family business
  • Geospatial mastery — mapping, GIS, and location intelligence most industrial groups don't have
  • Government & public-sector access — deep network across Israeli ministries and agencies
  • Business development — partnership architect for cross-border deals
  • Storytelling & strategic vision — bringing the four-brother story together into one coherent enterprise
