The youngest brother. CEO of Israel's national mapping agency. Builder, technologist, and the digital, AI, and partnership engine of Rozenman Industries.
Hagi is the youngest of the four Ronen brothers and the innovation engine of Rozenman Industries. A geoinformation engineer by training (B.Sc., Technion) and a licensed surveyor, he is also a lifelong builder of software, platforms, and partnerships — and currently the youngest CEO ever appointed to lead Israel's national mapping authority.
Hagi joined the Survey of Israel — Mapi (Center for Mapping of Israel) as a student in 2006, and in 2021 was appointed Director General — the youngest CEO in the organization's history. Mapi is the government agency for mapping, geodesy, cadastre, and geoinformatics — the official source of geospatial truth for the State of Israel.
Under his leadership, the agency has been transformed:
What sets Hagi apart is that he is both a national-scale executive and a hands-on builder. He codes, develops platforms, and ships products himself. His mandate at Mapi includes building partnerships across government, industry, academia, and across borders — bringing value to the State of Israel and its citizens, and growing his organization to new heights.
