Itamar is the second of the four Ronen brothers and the engineering authority of Rozenman Industries. Trained at the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology — and forged inside Israel's most demanding industrial environment, he has spent more than thirty years designing, leading, and delivering mechanical systems to the highest standards in the world.
Itamar serves as Manager, Automotive & Systems Engineering in the Land Division of Elbit Systems — one of the world's leading defense and aerospace companies, headquartered in Haifa.
In this role, he leads engineering teams designing and delivering land platforms — vehicles, propulsion, and integrated mechanical systems for both small and large platforms. He has guided complex programs from concept to high-quality, on-time delivery, often under uncompromising customer requirements.
