Mechanical engineer turned manufacturing CEO — and the East-West bridge of Rozenman Industries, on the ground in Pune for the past seven years.
Ori is the third of the four Ronen brothers and the operational leader of Rozenman Industries' presence in India. A mechanical engineer who began his career working alongside his brother Itamar in the Israeli defense industry, Ori has spent the last seven years building one of the most capable Israeli-owned manufacturing operations in India — and emerging as a true bicultural operator between Israel, Europe, and the Indian industrial landscape.
Ori serves as CEO of Gevasol Industries PVT. LTD., the Israeli-owned manufacturing plant in Pune that is part of the global Gevasol Group — a family-owned industrial group with six R&D centers and eight manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Under Ori's leadership, the Pune plant grew from a small production line to a multi-dozen-employee operation manufacturing aerospace-certified motors — measured in thousands of percent of growth. He oversees factories, production lines, budgets, supplier relationships, customer programs, and most importantly — the team that makes it all work.
What makes Ori unique is that he doesn't just operate in India — he understands India. He knows the regulators, the bureaucracy, the players, the supplier networks, and the cultural codes that determine what gets built and how. Bilingual and bicultural, he is comfortable bridging Israeli and Indian working styles — and is widely respected by his employees, who credit him with leading a values-driven, people-first organization.
